O My Sweet Carolina

Hey, here's the photos from my weekend trip to New Bern, North Carolina and the Outer Banks. I got to see Cape Lookout lighthouse, Fort Macon, and some pretty parts of New Bern. It was a great weekend, low-key, the way a vacation should be. Thanks to Mom and Dad for letting us use their timeshare, and to Mike, Ben, and Jason for driving out with me.

Whoa, talk about a commercial for an Apple computer! I looked at these pictures on my Windows and Linux computers for the first time this morning, and they're much, much darker. It's hard to see some of the features in some of them (like the doorway pic with Mike D). My iBook must have some sort of correction on the pics to make them easier to view. Wow, way to go Apple!
