He's spent the whole day today running back and forth between the DMV and the car dealership, trying to appease North Carolina's crazy laws and to repent for his own laziness. In his daze after all this red tape and foolishness, he's decided to top himself on his own reputation for foolishness by composing this incomparable prose. God bless his tiny little soul...
