Missing the Tanyas

One of my good friends, definitely a Cowboy Angel, just moved up to Vancouver to start school. What's the first show she sees? The Be Good Tanyas of course! (God bless them!)

So now of course I'm jealous, having only seen the Tanyas once. Sigh. But at least now I've got a friend to keep us up to speed on the British Columbia music scene. There's been a couple of my favorite acts from there in the past couple of years -- the Tanyas and Sarah Harmer. Plus, maybe I can use visiting her as an excuse to see a Tanya show! ;-)

Oh man! That's crazy! I discovered the Tanyas and Sarah Harmer right around the same time a while back and just thought I was in heaven, love them both. Haven't seen either in concert yet, though, alas.
