Ryan Falls

More proof that Ryan Adams wants to die young. Ryan, don't party so hard, man. You don't have to be sloppy-assed drunk to be on stage. What are you running away from?

Larry, I think it's just a whole different world if you can count Keef and Marianne as some of your buds. And lord help you once you start dating the actresses. I'm just hoping Ryan has 9 lives (at least) like Mr. Richards.

I have the strange feeling he's on the slow drop to being a "nobody" again, wherein he'll kill himself somehow, probably overdose, and then he'll be another rock 'n roll martyr, "giving his life so that we can party" or some such utter bullshit. The boy wants to be Gram Parsons, SO BAD, and he's already outlived old G by over two years.

Good lord, I hadn't heard about that! Oh, Ryan. You're such a silly little man. Damn talented, most times, but so very silly.

what he's running away from ? well, obviously, he doesn't want me to see him in concert..
why i'm telling you this ? well, coz i stumbled across your blog googling for the lyrics to 'hickory wind' last summer, read the lyrics to 'oh my sweet carolina', bought the record a short while later just because of that, and instantly fell in love..
i sure hope mr. adams and his wrist will be better soon and play the rest of the tour, or maybe he'll even change to playing an acoustic love is hell-set instead of drunken rock'n'roll madness.. i like the idea ;)
cheers from the other side of the pond, suzy..
