Alison Krauss on Sesame Street
Posted by Larry Karnowski at June 22, 2005 10:35 AMI came across this article while I was browsing the Alison Krauss website the other day. Yes, that's Alison and the Count! I'll have to Tivo this, I think. It says the air dates are June 29th and July 27th.
Poor Ron Block, always in the back...Alison Krauss with Union Station, featuring Jerry Douglas and lead vocals also by Dan Tyminski...oh yeah, and there's some other dude that plays guitar. Shame too, Ron is a damn fine guitarista.

They are and will remain my favorite band of all time...there are a lot of "if's" around this and I'm really curbing my enthusiasm, but it would be pretty cool if it happens.
