Gary Louris and Mark Olson are re-reuniting to do a handful of dates in the coming weeks. The good news? That rules. The other good news? I'll actually be back in the States for a visit for the entirety of the 10-date tour. The bad news? Gary and Mark are playing only on the West Coast, while I'll be only on the East Coast my whole trip. Sonofabitch.
Gary, ever the tease, in this article does not rule out recording again with Mark. He hints it might not happen soon, but it might happen.

I had no idea Gary Louris is 51, jeez makes me feel old all of a sudden. I'd love to see those shows but the Left Coast is a bit out of the way for me.
