He might be a "MERLEFEST ARTIST," but I'm a big not-liker of John Cowan.
ONCE, and only ONCE, have I heard him sit on the Cabin Stage a couple of years ago and sing in a Bluegrass style, and it was actually pretty damn good. Other than that, he sings in this histrionic rock n' roll voice that doesn't fit with the genre. Bugs me.
