Legal Guitar Tabs Back on the Web?

Sounds iffy to me, since each music publisher has to sign up one at a time. This sounds like the same rigamarole that Steve Jobs has been doing with iTunes, but this company probably doesn't have someone as heavyweight as Jobs working for them.
I'll file this in the "believe it when I see it" category.
