DC to NC - Or, Don't Plan Two Trips Merlefest Week

So I just made it back from Washington, DC. I had a good but exhausting trip up there for some training.

The best part, though, was catching up with Sean and his family for a couple of nights! A home-cooked meal, some great conversation, and some playing with Harper (she's so big!) on Saturday night, and then Sean and I ran out to the Wolf Trap Sunday night to catch Guy Clark and Slaid Cleaves. Man, what a great show! Sean said he was going to write up a review, so watch for that.

Alright, sleep tonight, then up early tomorrow to pack again, but this time my festival gear! Then we're off to Wilkesboro for the Merle! Hells yes! (If I don't fall over from exhaustion half-way there...)
