What language is that?
Posted by Hal Bogerd at May 31, 2007 6:13 PMWhile looking for videos of Townes Van Zandt on youtube I stumbled across Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan's version of "Pancho and Lefty. I wondered if Dylan had ever performed the song with a band so I searched with "Pancho and Lefty" "Dylan". I found another video of Bob from the late 1980s. I hit play and my wife, recognizing the tune, ran into the room.
"Who is that?"
"Dylan"
"What language is that?"
"English?"
If you think I'm being too hard on old Bob check out Dylan "sing" this TVZ classic.
