I guess Dylan wasn't nominated this year...

The rock and folk Grammys have turned into lifetime achievement awards in these Modern Times. How else can you possibly explain:

Rock Song: "Radio Nowhere," Bruce Springsteen, songwriter (Bruce Springsteen).

Solo Rock Vocal Performance: "Radio Nowhere," Bruce Springsteen.

Springsteen won his first Grammy for "Dancing in the Dark" (when was the last time you played that song?) and it looks like the voters are still trying to make up to Bruce for ignoring his Grammy worthy but ignored Born to Run, Darkness on the Edge of Town and The River discs.

Since you asked.

It is probably just me, but I played "Magic" one time and was very disappointed --- maybe my expectations were too high. Even today, when I happen to hear a song from this album, I have to ask, "Why did he put out such crap?". Just my opinion.

Nemski-you may be in the minority but you aren't alone!
